• Month 2 (Done-for-You Brand & Website): Work directly with our technical team to receive custom brand guidelines (logo, palette, typography) and a launched, responsive website.
• Month 3 (Team Structure & Hiring Execution): Define key roles, utilize recruitment templates, and set up your onboarding structure to hire initial team members or core freelancers.
